3What should I do if I forgot my password?
  1. From the "Login" form press on "Forgot Password".
  2. Write the email address that you used on the website before.
  3. Then, press the "Submit" button.
  4. Check your email messages (if you didn't find a new message, kindly check spam messages).
  5. Then, press on the "Reset Password" button.
  6. Finally, write a new password and sign in.
4How can I add my order to the cart?
  1. Open Gamesbandy store.
  2. Press on your favorite item and review it.
  3. Press on the "Buy Now" button and it will be added to the cart.

  • Yes, at the top of the Gamesbandy platform, you will find the search bar. Select your search type.

  2. You can choose to send us a message through email, or other social media channels "Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage ".
1How can I sell my game account?
  1. Press the "Sell Now" button at the top right on the home page.
  2. Fill in the data required including your shop name, your first and last name, your country, and a short description of your store.
  3. Then, you'll have to verify your identity to be able to sell and receive your payouts.
2How can I verify my account?
  1. Press on "Verify your identity".
  2. Press on "Start Verifying".
  3. Choose which country matches your ID.
  4. Choose to upload "Driver License or National ID or passport".
  5. Take a clear photo of the option you've chosen, and now you are verified.

  3. Upload +15 images of your product, products with good and clear images are sold faster.
  4. Select the game category you want.
  5. Fill in the details of your account in English and Arabic is optional.
  6. Press "Save and Continue".
  7. Add your linked account details.
  8. Add your needed price.
  9. Add short video preview for your account.
  10. Press "Submit".
7Do I have to add full accont data?
  • Yes, because we work with prompt delivery so the seller won't have to do more steps and the buyer receives the product immediately.
8How can I assure the safety of the data?
  • All the data is reserved in a safe secondary database that no one can reach other than the owner.
1How could I message a seller?
  1. Open "Gamesbandy store".
  2. Press on the item you want.
  3. After reviewing the item\ account you can press "Buy Now" then "Continue To Checkout".

  4. Press "Continue to payment" and choose the suitable payment method for you and press on the "Pay" button.

2How could I report an item?
  1. From the item view page press on "Description".
  2. Then, press on the "Report this product" button.
  3. Fill in your description.
  4. Press on "Submit".
3How can I buy an item\ account?
  1. On the home page, you'll find the available accounts.
  2. Press on the one you want to buy.
  3. After reviewing the account you can press "Buy Now" then "Continue To Checkout".
  4. Press "Continue to payment" and choose the suitable payment method for you.
4How can I return an account?
  • Yes, at the bottom right of Gamesbandy platform , You can choose to send us a message through WhatsApp, IMessage or Telegram.
1How to upload your PUBG controls layout?
  1. Open the PUBG Mobile app, click on “Settings”, “Controls”, and select your preferred layout and take a screenshot of it.
  2. Click on the “Customize” button and click on the “Share” button then copy the layout code.
  3. Open Best PUBG Controller Layouts.
  4. Enter your name, upload your layout screenshot, enter phone resolution/phone model or enter it manually,  and paste the layout code onto the controller layout code label and click on the “Save” button.

Note that the last shared layout code is only the active on.

2How to get the best PUBG controller layouts?
To get the best controller layout:
  1. Copy the code of the selected layout.
  2. Click on “Settings”, “Controls”, select the layout you want to replace, and click on the “Search Method” button.
  3. Paste the layout code on the code label and click on search.
  4. Now, you can preview the layout “if it suits you click on the “Apply” button, if it doesn’t fit your gameplay click on “Exit Preview”.
Make sure that the selected layout fits your mobile resolution.
